Overview and reading notes
New Mexico official navigation: New Mexico Secretary of State Business Services. The official website states that all business filings have moved to the online system at enterprise.sos.nm.gov and paper business applications are no longer accepted. Access the new platform through the current Secretary of State page; do not use the old portal.sos.state.nm.us. The specific filing fees, expedited fees, document fields and processing periods for this state have not been individually verified here. Check the current state forms and fee schedule before filing; do not apply figures from other states.

Company Formation and Establishment
新墨西哥州官方导航：New Mexico Secretary of State Business Services。官网说明所有business filings迁至enterprise.sos.nm.gov线上系统，不再接受业务申请纸件；由现行州务卿页面进入新平台，不使用旧portal.sos.state.nm.us。 本州具体申请费、加急费、材料字段及处理期限未在此逐项核实，提交前必须查当前州表格和收费表；不套用其他州数字。
Annual filings and company maintenance
新墨西哥州的LLC、Corporation及外来实体应分别核实报告周期、截止日、registered agent维护和固定税费。本条未独立核实金额或具体日期，提交前核实；不应将所有实体都称为每年同一天年审，也不要把零收入等同无需维护。
Tax and accounting arrangements
分别判断联邦税务分类与新墨西哥州所得或特许税、销售使用税、雇主税及州来源收入连接。具体税率、门槛、减免及申报周期未在本条独立核实，申报前查该州税务机关；可经IRS State government websites目录进入本州税务与雇主资料。州设立完成不等于税务账户已建立。
Bank account opening and operations
在新墨西哥州注册不保证开户。银行独立核实实体、EIN、最终实益人、授权签字人、真实经营地点与资金来源；registered agent地址不自动成为银行认可的主要营业地。本州不存在本条可承诺的统一远程开户资格、存款门槛或办理天数，应向拟申请银行核实。
